  SU Theological Librarian Joins Accreditation Team in Hong Kong

  Silliman University Library's Theological Librarian, Rev. Arnel Z. Faller, collaborated with a distinguished team of accreditors, including Dr. Robert Setio from Indonesia, Dr. Sin Pan Ho from Hong Kong, and Dr. Nant Tin Tin Win from Myanmar. Together, they formed the Accreditation Team tasked with conducting a thorough review of the degree programs at China Graduate School of Theology in Hong Kong from February 4 to February 7, 2024.

  Rev. Faller's extensive experience and expertise as a professional librarian proved significant in contributing to the team's objective assessment of the library and information resources and services at the institution. His familiarity with the ATESEA accreditation standards and process played a pivotal role in conducting interviews with various stakeholders within the seminary.

  Reflecting on the experience, Faller emphasized its educational value, providing insights into the institution and fostering connections with administrators, faculty, staff, and students. Beyond evaluating the school and its programs, the team actively shared rich ideas and experiences, contributing to the growth and enhancement of their leadership in fulfilling their mission across different contexts.
