Silliman University Library System in collaboration with American Corner Dumaguete succesfully hosted a ceremonial turnover of the Ceferina Hess Book Collections on August 22, 2024. The event took place at the American Corner in the Silliman University Gymnasium, where Ceferina Gayo Hess was warmly welcomed.
